New Testament

I'm finally getting around to this post but I finished the New Testament with the ending of my high school year and here are some of my favorite scriptures I discovered.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9
We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.

St. Mark 12:27
He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living.

Romans 12:21
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

1 Corinthians 3:18
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he man be wise.

1 Corinthians 15:53
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immorality.

2 Corinthians 6:14
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

2 Timothy 1:17
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
