Talents

I learned something this past Sunday.
Singing has always been so much a part of my life, it's almost like my staple. Kind of. I figured everyone knew I sang. Obviously.
And then I sang a solo in church at my singles ward and had more then one person telling me that they had absolutely no idea that I could sing.
What, really?
And then I thought some more about it. I have been in that ward for over a year now and I have never once gone to a choir practice.

Matthew 25:25 "And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine."

Fail.

I am now resolved to use my talent more and at least start singing in my ward choir.

Now... if only I could get over this nasty cough I have...
